IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO OUR AFFILIATES & ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS:

Dear affiliates,

We have taken the decision to shutdown our service as we find it difficult to offer the level of service that our customers are expecting and it has become impossible to verify all of the links and promises posted by our affiliate traffic sites.

Customer who have signed up will continue to browse the hundreds of legal tv broadcasts that are offered.

Any promotion of TV related products & subscription services will cease as of Monday the 28th of February 2011. We will no longer be accepting new customers, or affiliates.

Affiliates will have to find a new home to monetize their traffic. We encourage you to start moving your traffic immediately.

Affiliates will obviously have questions and concerns so we have compiled a list of questions and answers to help you below.

If you have additional questions that are not answered in the F.A.Q. below, please don't hesitate to contact your affiliate manager.

HOW QUICKLY DO I NEED TO CHANGE MY LINKS? WILL MY LINKS CONTINUE TO WORK? Links will stop working, so we urge you to change your links immediately! As of Monday the 28th of February 2011, we will discontinue processing for all websites and programs. We urge you to act immediately. All sales commissions generated before that date will continue to be added to your earnings and be paid-out on the regular payment schedule. All traffic generated from that date onwards will NOT be earning revenue.

WHAT HAPPENS TO WHAT I HAVE EARNED? DO I STILL GET PAID FOR MY PREVIOUSLY GENERATED EARNINGS AND SALES?
Yes, we will continue to issue payments until ALL generated commissions have been completely paid-out to our affiliates. Payments will be issued as they have always been, according to the same payment schedule, this includes reserves.

WILL TIER SALES STILL BE ATTRIBUTED TO US ON THE LAST PAYMENT?
Yes, all tier sales will continue to be generated as sales are made and credited as always.

HOW WILL REFUNDS BE PROCESSED AFTER THE SHUTDOWN DATE?
Refunds will continue to be processed as they come in.

CAN I STILL ACCESS MY ACCOUNT, STATS & HISTORY? WILL THE STATS CONTINUE TO BE UPDATED?
Yes, affiliates will continue to have the ability to login and view their stats, payments issued, etc. Systems will remain fully functional and will update statistics as always.

WHO CAN I CONTACT YOU FOR FUTURE PAYMENT ISSUES AND FOR QUESTIONS IF NEEDED?
Your affiliate manager will continue to answer any questions you might have, and can be contacted for any payment issues.

HOW DOES THIS AFFECT THE CLIENTS THAT HAVE PURCHASED A MEMBERSHIP?
We will continue to service customers until they have reached the end of the terms of their memberships.

WILL I GET MORE REFUNDS BECAUSE OF THIS?
We do not expect refund levels to change, as we will continue to honor the terms of client memberships.

WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN TO THE DOMAINS I WAS PROMOTING?
All domains will continue to resolve until they have expired. However, no sales will be processed as no payment method will be available, and therefore no earnings will be generated.

IS THIS CLOSURE A PERMANENT ONE OR IS THERE A POSSIBLE FUTURE OFFERING?
At the time of this writing, we have no formal future plans. Only time will tell.
